1. Introduction

Workspace administrators are responsible for:

- Managing information submitted to the workspace
Roomcape may provide administrative controls to help customers manage access and permissions.
5. Customer Data
Customers may submit information to Roomcape through the Services, including hotel, property, reservation, guest, employee, and operational information.
Customers retain responsibility for the information they submit and for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and legal basis to collect and process that information.

11. Customer Content
Customers retain their rights in content and information they submit to Roomcape.
By using the Services, you grant Roomcape the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise handle that content solely for providing and improving the Services and fulfilling applicable contractual obligations.
12. Service Availability
Roomcape aims to provide reliable and continuously available Services but does not guarantee that the Services will always be:
- Available
- Uninterrupted
- Error-free
- Free from defects
The Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
13. Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and authorized devices.
Roomcape implements reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, security incidents, or data loss will never occur.
You should promptly notify Roomcape of suspected unauthorized access or security incidents involving your account.
14. Suspension and Termination

- The account is used for unlawful or harmful activities
- Fees remain unpaid where applicable
- The account presents a security risk
- Required by law
Customers may terminate their subscription in accordance with the applicable subscription or commercial terms.
Upon termination, access to the Services may cease and customer data may be handled according to the applicable agreement and Roomcape's data-retention practices.
15. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Roomcape does not guarantee that the Services will meet every specific business requirement or that all information generated through the Services will be complete, accurate, or suitable for every purpose.
Roomcape provides technology and software tools and does not provide legal, accounting, regulatory, hospitality, safety, or other professional advice.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Roomcape will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Services.
Any additional limitations of liability applicable to a specific customer may be established in a separate written agreement.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Roomcape and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
- Your misuse of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable law
- Your infringement of another party's rights
- Content or information submitted through your account
18. Changes to the Services
Roomcape may modify, improve, replace, or discontinue portions of the Services from time to time.
